Upcoming concerts to relax and enjoy musical genius in Ottawa
Ottawa Travel Guide | Montag, den 26. September 2011 um 16:34 Uhr

Concerts that encourage head banging and dancing are often a great time, but mellow and serene musical artists can also be a memorable occasion and a whole new experience. This November, two incredible acts will be coming to Canada's capital city to demonstrate their musical prowess to the masses.
On November 12, famed musician Rufus Wainwright will be taking stage at the National Arts Centre downtown. According to his official website, Wainwright has been in the music scene for years, rewarding his loyal followers with soulful and innovative tunes that are a wonder to hear and offer thought-provoking lyrics.
Wainwright has dived head-first into the opera world, composing his first album in the genre in 2009. During his Ottawa show, the performer will play classics from his back catalog as well as recent works he's been creating to further stretch the imagination.
At the end of the month, James Blunt will play his wonderful selection of songs at the Scotiabank Place, states his artist website. Blunt has been topping charts across North America with emotional hit singles such as "You're Beautiful" and "Goodbye My Lover."
