Mmmmm… chocolate. Is there anything better? Well, what about learning to make fabulous chocolate creations from a Le Cordon Bleu chef? That’s what you’ll see in these videos!
Chef Christian Faure, who holds the impressive designation Meilleur ouvrier de France, and who is one of the world’s great pastry chefs, held court recently at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa‘s facility. Enjoy! (And yes, it tasted as good as it looked!)
