Here in Ottawa, we’re in the business of exceeding expectations. It is our goal to Otta-WOW your convention delegates and provide the tools necessary to capitalize on your stay here in our National Capital Region. We understand that each event is unique and will work closely with you to develop a customized service plan. With that in mind, we have developed two servicing levels designed to best suit your convention and meeting needs - The City Wide service program and The Conference Starter service program.
The City Wide
Otta-WOW your delegates with the following service options:
- Welcome signage
- Information Desk – Ottawa Tourism staff member and brochures present during your main registration hours.
- Access to the Delegate Insider Badge, offering discounts to various attractions, restaurants and tours in the National Capital Region.
- Ottawa Tourism to assist with a Spousal Program (upon request).
- Ottawa Tourism LIVE at your preceding event (upon request). Various services available.
- Ottawa souvenirs provided for delegates.
- Member Guides and Destination video provided.
- Images and Photos – we can provide you with a complete photo gallery of images to be used in your pre-convention publicity articles.
- Ottawa Tourism to provide a customized event calendar for the delegates highlighting what’s happening in Ottawa during their time here.
- Access to and personal assistance with Meetings Easy, a unique web-based tool that helps you organize your meeting, and request and receive proposals from an entire base of industry suppliers at any time during your planning process.
- Customized and unique to Ottawa Team Building options – more information available upon request.
The Conference Starter
Get your conference started right by capitalizing on the following service options:
