A fun duo from Providence, Rhode Island, will soon take the stage at Ottawa's National Arts Centre to offer travellers an exciting and memorable performance while they enjoy their holiday. The Barr Brothers are currently on tour throughout Canada, visiting cities like Toronto and Montreal, before heading to Canada's capital city on March 3rd.
The siblings began playing together in the early 1980s as young boys, covering rock n' roll songs like "Johnny B. Goode" and "Wipe Out" on electric guitar and drums. By 2004, Brad and Andrew Barr decided to venture out on their own and toured North America as the Barr Brothers for the first time.
Their music is calm and peaceful, often telling a story about their experiences in life and the places they've travelled to. Audience members have raved about their musical prowess and the brothers have found new fans in every city they play in.
Travellers taking tours of Ottawa this winter should make time to see The Barr Brothers' show for a fantastic beginning to a night out on the town.
