Aziz Ansari to grace the stage in Ottawa

It can be a thrill to see famous comedians live while on holiday. Travellers enjoying their getaway to Canada's capital on July 7 will have this opportunity, as Aziz Ansari will be performing at the National Arts Centre for one night only.
Ansari has experienced success both on and off camera, selling out shows for his stand up acts and appearing on the hit television series "Parks and Recreation." He has also has been on the silver screen in films such as "I Love You, Man," "Get Him to the Greek" and "Funny People."
For his new tour this summer, Aziz will regale the audience with real-life stories that are hilarious as well as clever. This appearance is part of Ansari's Buried Alive Tour, which will be hitting cities all across North America, including New York City, Toronto and Vancouver. According to the Aziz Ansari official website, this tour will be all new material, so fans of his previous stand-up acts can witness a fresh new performance. If travellers want to hear some of his past work, they can download a film of his old tour on the site for $5.
