Steve Benson, the popular bartender at Brothers Beer Bistro in Ottawa, has been waiting for the fall to roll around since last spring. As a proud mixologist, he has been eager to try out the newest batches of fall and winter beers to concoct delicious cocktails that have regulars and visitors coming back for more.
Guests at an Ottawa hotel with an appetite for good times and great food should make their way to Brothers, which has solidified its status as a spectacular restaurant and bar in Canada’s capital city. Between rounds of fall-and-winter themed beverages, visitors can order up delicious menu items like beet salad, steak frites and a juicy burger. All the food options incorporate beer as an ingredient, too!
After ordering a few courses, it's time for the drinks. From shooters like the Drop In Gravity, which features a one-ounce shot of maple whiskey liqueur plopped into a 16-ounce glass of Flying Monkey Antigravity, to the Strawcolate - Fruli with a chocolate stout - Benson is serving up some seriously heavy hitters to all of his patrons.
