Happy couples who find themselves in Ottawa this Valentine's Day - either by chance or because of a planned trip - can choose from a number of restaurants in Canada's capital that will make for a perfect romantic evening. There are tons to choose from, but here are five for those couples who have planned to travel to Ottawa this February 14 and have yet to make any definite plans. 

Canal Ritz
This well-respected establishment has been around for quite some time, and has served the likes of presidents and prime ministers from all over the world.
