During the Halloween season, there will be many ghoulish events taking place throughout the city of Ottawa for travellers to enjoy. One such event will be coming to the Canada Agriculture Museum this October, offering guests of all ages the chance to participate in some fun fall activities.
According to the museum's website, the weekend before Halloween will bring guests to the museum in their best costumes to decorate pumpkins, go on a scavenger hunt and enjoy the exhibits throughout the complex.
This type of party is open to members of the museum. Fortunately, the annual fee is affordable and offers free admission to the museum along with the Canada Science and Technology Museum and the Canada Aviation and Space Museum. This may be a wonderful option for travellers who wish to explore all three spectacular complexes and attend their fun events.
While in town, visitors to Ottawa may want to stick with the autumn theme and try out some delicious seasonal sweet treats at The Life of Pie. According to the company's website, they are offering some wonderful selections this October on their menu, including a pumpkin cupcake with vanilla brown butter frosting or tasty maple cookies
