See a gorgeous art display at Ottawa's Casino du Lac-Leamy

When travellers think of casinos, they may lean towards thoughts of poker tables and fine dining selections. However, the Casino du Lac-Leamy, located just across the Ottawa River in Gatineau, is also offering a chance to admire some incredible artwork from now through November 3rd.
Those who visit the complex can view the beautiful paintings of Lisanne Binette in an exhibit called Zone Verte at the Traversée des arts gallery, states the casino's website.
According to the artist's website, Binette is a Quebec native who gathers most of her inspirations from the beauty of nature that can be found throughout her homeland. The artist claims that she interprets the forests by painting them with bold and colourful strokes, creating a surreal perspective on the landscape that can be witnessed first-hand at the casino's exhibition of several of her works.
