This fascinating exhibition examines the deities, celebrations, rituals – and the similarities and differences between – modern religions practiced by Canadians. The exhibition is from the Museum of Europe and Tempora SA (Brussels), and has been adapted by the Musée de la civilisation (Québec City) and the Canadian Museum of Civilization. It examines religion through 10 different themes, presenting religious objects, artifacts, and practices. A series of cultural events is also planned for key periods throughout the length of the exhibition. All visitors will be invited to reflect on and offer their own perspectives on faith and religion as part of the exhibition.
