Chefs Richard Nigro and Norm Aiken are the founders of Juniper and since its inception in 1996 they have been “committed to creating a distinctive 'New Canadian Cuisine'”.  Relationships with local farmers have long been a priority and the seasonally changing menu reflects the harvest of regional produce.  Monthly wine tasting dinners showcase fine wines, introduce experts and include a five course gourmet meal.  Weekly live music in the wine bar features the piano stylings of celebrated jazz pianist Brian Browne.  Juniper has become a popular venue for weddings and other celebrations and offsite catering is also available.
