Dan O'Brien

Dan O'Brien is a fourth generation beef producer who grew up on a farm near Greely. He believes that supporting family farms clearly benefits both the farmers and the consumers.

“We are confident that the beef we are producing is of the highest possible quality,” declares Dan. “If it isn't good enough for my family, I won't sell it.” The cattle are born and raised locally and the brand new facilities are designed to maximize their comfort and care.

O'Brien Farms participates in the Ontario Cattlemen's ‘Quality Starts Here’ Program and operates within Ministry of Environment guidelines. Dan welcomes the growing interest in initiatives such as the 100-mile diet and looks to greater connections between consumers and farmers.
