In an effort to improve Ottawa Tourism’s services and streamline our communications with you, we will be upgrading our CRM system and enhancing our current Member Extranet service. As a result, you will not be able to access our current Member Extranet portal as of Friday, June 23rd, 2017 until further notice. During this transition, we will continue to provide services and communications to you as follows:
- Membership listing changes and updates can be emailed to Lizzy Low([email protected]) who will ensure your membership listing is reviewed and updated as required. If you require any additional member-related assistance, Lizzy can be contacted by phone at (613) 237-5150 Ext. 125.
- Convention Sales leads will be emailed out to participating members, who will be able to respond directly to convention sales by email. Your main contact continues to be Courtney Merchand ([email protected]). Courtney can also be contacted by phone at (613) 237-5150 Ext. 130.
Our new Extranet will provide more functionality and will feature a cleaner look and more accessible navigation. Additional functionality will include event registration, invoice retrieval and payment, enhanced sales leads capabilities, as well as increased membership listing and event functionality.
We will be offering on-line training sessions to all members and will follow up with further information on that in the upcoming weeks.
