The delectable Murray Street restaurant in the ByWard Market neighbourhood and the wholesome Thyme & Again in Ottawa’s Wellington West neighbourhood are both members of Feast On.
Launched by the Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance (OCTA), Feast On is a culinary program that recognizes establishments that are committed to showcasing Ontario’s unique tastes and flavours. According to OCTA, to be a member of Feast On, 25 per cent of a restaurant’s annual food receipts must reflect Ontario purchases and another 25 per cent, annual Ontario beverage receipts. Supporting the local economy and Ontario’s hard-working farms are the core values of this program.
