Unlock the VIP package by simply registering your group on our dedicated website. For early registrants, expect a surprise delivery directly to your hotel, ensuring a warm welcome upon your arrival. If you register after your arrival, fret not! Your VIP package will be eagerly awaiting you at your Tour Operator's office, ready to be raffled amongst your employees.

Ottawa Tourism is thrilled to purchase attractions, or hotels (valued up to $35) on behalf of the operator for each qualifying room night booked that will be applied to your next group in Ottawa. Our aim is to enhance your group's experience while supporting and promoting local businesses.

Step 1: Register Your Tour 

Register your upcoming tour to Ottawa. Accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed. 

Step 2: VIP Surprise Box 

Upon registration (at least two weeks in advance), you'll receive a confirmation email. As a VIP guest, our Visitor Inspiration Program (surprise box with perks) will be waiting for you at your hotel. Late registrations will receive the VIP Surprise Box at your office so you can raffle our gifts between your staff.
